Local content
Your content and preferences are used on your device for app features.

Ad providers may process identifiers, IP addresses, interactions and diagnostics.

Delete local data, review permissions and contact us about information you sent.
Scope and developer
This policy describes data handling by AirMind, from Sivana Developer, identifier ai.airmind.app. It distinguishes local data from external-provider processing.
Content and local data
The downloaded model generates replies on your phone. Conversations, history, settings and memories are stored locally; we do not automatically send each conversation to a cloud inference service. No AirMind account is required.
Reporting a reply records its text, category, comment and context you choose to include. The reviewed version keeps reports local when no submission service is configured. If a release supports sending reports, that action transfers selected content for review. Copying or sharing gives content to the chosen app; avoid sensitive information.
Permissions and connections
Internet supports model downloads from Hugging Face and advertising. The download provider receives IP and technical requests, but downloading does not send your history. Opening Discord or other links is optional and subject to their policies. The reviewed Kotlin release does not request microphone recording.
Advertising and providers
Ad-supported versions use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Its SDK may collect and share IP addresses (and inferred approximate location), advertising, device or app identifiers, interactions and diagnostics. These support advertising, measurement, operational analysis and fraud prevention. Processing depends on release, configuration, region and consent. This data is not necessarily anonymous.
Your choices
Review and revoke permissions in Android settings. In releases with a consent form, use the choices it offers; if the app includes “Privacy options”, reopen it there. Manage your advertising ID and ad preferences in Android or Google. Rejecting an optional purpose does not disable every necessary processing activity by the provider.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it using available features, clear app storage or uninstall. Exported or shared copies remain at their destination and must be removed there. Android may back up data depending on release, app exclusions and device settings; manage backups in Android or your account.
Providers retain data under their policies and obligations. If you email us, we use your address and message to handle the request for as long as needed to resolve it and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
Security
Private storage benefits from Android application isolation. Shared files are accessible to authorized destinations. Google states that its advertising SDK data is encrypted in transit. No device, connection or storage method offers absolute security.
Children and families
Check the age rating and intended audience on Google Play; an “Everyone” rating does not mean a product is specifically designed for children. Do not include children’s personal data in shared content. Parents or guardians who suspect improper processing can contact us for review.
